TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy before making your reservation.
PAYMENT PLAN REQUIREMENTS: Payment plan with automatic payments is required after initial deposit. All payments, including deposits are non-refundable. A portion of your payments made after initial deposit of $300 per person may be transferable to another trip booked with Mayfield Elite Travel if the request is received prior to the FINAL PAYMENT due date of May 1, 2020. Missing or being late on a payment may result in your reservation being suspended and/or cancelled. If this happens, you may forfeit all discounts, promotions or incentives associated with the original reservation. Reservations that are suspended or cancelled will need to have all missed payments made to be re-booked.
LATE FEES: Payment reminders will be sent to all guests booked. Missed payments may result in forfeiture of discounts, promotions or incentives associated with the original reservation and run the risk of reservation being cancelled. Reservations cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund and are non-transferable.
Accounts that do not have $300 per person by the close of business on February 28, 2020, may be subject to cancellation.
Final payments not received by May 1, 2020 will be assessed a $55 late fee or 5% of the past due balance due, whichever is higher. Final payments not received by May 15, 2020 may be assessed additional late fees or subject to cancellation without refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before the final payment due date, you may be eligible to transfer your payments (not including full deposit) to another trip you book with Mayfield Elite Travel within 12 months of your original booking date, if flights have not been added to your reservation. Flights are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Your cancellation must be received in writing prior to the final payment due date. Please remember you must keep your payments current to avoid forfeiting any discounts, promotions, incentives or risking complete cancellation without refund. If your reservation is cancelled and you later decide to go on this trip, your new reservation will be subject to the rates and availability at the time you re-book. In the event the cruise is sold out, we will place you on a wait list. However, your reservation is not guaranteed and your prior payments will remain non-refundable.
NAME CHANGES: Name changes are subject to cancellation and re-booking fees to be determined at the time of the name change. If the new traveler is replacing someone who has missed payments, the new traveler will be required to pay any overdue payments prior to be being added to the reservation. If the missed payments caused the cabin rate to be forfeited, the current rates will apply at the time the reservation is reinstated. In the event we sell out of space prior to the payment being received, we will add you to the wait list, however, your reservation will not be guaranteed.
At least 1 original traveler who booked in the room must remain on the reservation, otherwise this is considered a cancellation, not a name change.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your vacation investment. Travel Insurance can protect you if you need to cancel after final payment, your baggage gets lost, you get hurt on your trip and more. The cost for travel insurance is usually around 5-10% of the cruise rate. To obtain a quote for travel insurance, please contact your travel agent.
SERVICE FEES: Mayfield Elite Travel reserves the right to apply service fees for services requested in excess of basic service to your reservation. These requests may include, but are not limited to - refund requests for over payments, multiple name changes, multiple trip changes, adding special service items to a reservation and more. Mayfield Elite Travel's service fees start at $10 & go up depending on the request(s). Service fees must be paid prior to the service being rendered.

TRAVELING WITH MINORS: Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel within the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary. - After February 28, 2020 deposits are $300 per person for clients who wish to include flights in their reservation and $200 per person for those booking hotel only.
- By February 28, 2020 all guests are required to have made $300 per person in payments to keep their account in good standing. Monthly payments recommended.
