What if a member only wants to book flights?
UNFORTUNATELY, MAYFIELD ELITE TRAVEL DOES NOT BOOK FLIGHTS BY THEMSELVES. ALL FLIGHTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE BOOKED WITH SOME TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION (HOTEL, VILLA, CRUISE, ETC.).
Can Mayfield Elite Travel book a multi-bedroom villa?
YES, WE BOOK VILLAS IN DESTINATIONS ALL OVER THE WORLD - EVEN DOMESTICALLY.
Our organization takes an annual trip. Can we receive a donation by booking our annual trip with Mayfield Elite Travel?
YES! A DONATION WILL BE GRANTED EVEN FOR TRIPS BOOKED DIRECTLY BY OR SPONSORED BY THE ORGANIZATION.
How is the donation paid?
MAYFIELD ELITE TRAVEL PAYS VIA CHECK OR DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO THE ORGANIZATION’S BANK ACCOUNT.
Will Mayfield Elite Travel take taxes out of the donation?
NO. EACH ORGANIZATION WILL RECEIVE THE NECESSARY TAX DOCUMENTS ANNUALLY TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR OWN TAXES, WHEN APPLICABLE.

Is there a limit on how much an organization can receive in donations each year?
NO! MAYFIELD ELITE TRAVEL DOES NOT PLACE A LIMIT ON THE DONATION AMOUNT. EVERYTHING THAT IS EARNED, IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THE ORGANIZATION.
How is the donation amount determined?
MAYFIELD ELITE TRAVEL PAYS A STANDARD DONATION OF $100 PER QUALIFIED ROOM BOOKED BY THE ORGANIZATION. HIGHER PAYOUTS ARE GRANTED WHEN AN ORGANIZATION SURPASSES 60 ROOMS IN A CALENDAR YEAR.
