Welcome to New Orleans! Upon arrival you will be transferred to your French Quarter Hotel were you will be staying for the next 5 nights. Once you've checked in, make your way to the 21st Amendment Bar to get the party started with a complementary welcome cocktail.
Day 2 - Saturday, March 02, 2019
After complementary breakfast at the hotel you'll meet your local guide in the lobby for a 2 Hour Walking Tour of the French Quarter.
After your tour, the day is your to explore the city like a local!

Day 3 & 4 - Sunday & Monday, March 03 & 04, 2019
You'll start each morning with a complementary breakfast before you head out to the may Mardi Gras parties and events. Since your hotel is in the middle of the French Quarter, you'll just need to step outside and you're right in the action.

Day 5 - Tuesday, March 05, 2019
Joyeux Mardi Gras! Enjoy a complementary breakfast at your hotel before making your way out to the French Quarter to celebrate Mardi Gras like never before.

Day 6 - Wednesday, March 06, 2019
After one last complementary breakfast a your hotel, bid a leisurely au revoir to New Orleans until your airport transfer and your flight home, taking all your new memories with you.

All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy before making your reservation.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: All payments, including deposits are non-refundable. A portion of your payments made after initial deposit may be transferable to another trip booked with Mayfield Elite Travel if the request is received prior to the FINAL PAYMENT due date.
LATE FEES: Payment reminders will be sent to all guests booked. Missed payments may result in forfeiture of discounts, promotions or incentives associated with the original reservation and run the risk of reservation being cancelled. Reservations cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund and are non-transferable. Final payments not received by January 30, 2019 will be assessed a $110 LATE FEE. Final payments not received by February 05, 2019 will result in cancellation without refund.
DEPOSITS: All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy before making your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before the final payment due date, you may be eligible to transfer your payments (not including deposit) to another trip you book with Mayfield Elite Travel within 12 months of your original booking date, if flights have not been added to your reservation. Flights are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Your cancellation must be received in writing prior to the final payment due date. Please remember you must keep your payments current to avoid forfeiting any discounts, promotions, incentives or risking complete cancellation without refund.
NAME CHANGES: Name changes are free of charge prior to January 30, 2019. If the new traveler is replacing someone who has missed payments, the new traveler will be required to pay any overdue payments prior to be being added to the reservation. If the missed payments caused the cabin rate to be forfeited, the current rates will apply at the time the reservation is reinstated. In the event we sell out of space prior to the payment being received, we will add you to the wait list, however, your reservation will not be guaranteed.
Please note, after January 30, 2019 complete names changes of everyone on the reservation are not allowed. At least 1 original traveler who booked in the room on or before January 30, 2019 must remain on the reservation, otherwise this is considered a cancellation, not a name change.
After January 30, 2019, there is a $75 per person fee for all name changes.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. For your convenience, we offer travel protection through Travelex Insurance Services. Mayfield Elite Travel's service fees start at $10 & go up depending on the request(s). Service fees must be paid prior to the service being rendered.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Currently, only a government issued photo ID is required.A credit card for incidentals is also required.
